The Queen of Hearts Mini Dress Costume is a black, white and red corset-style dress with a sweetheart neckline, a tall standing ruffled collar, three red hearts down the front and a short ruffled skirt over a black petticoat. A long open overskirt falls from the waist and trails behind, so the silhouette reads short at the front and full-length from the side.
It is made from polyester, which keeps the reds and blacks sharp under party lighting and holds the ruffles and petticoat body without needing to be steamed first. The collar stands on its own, the bodice is boned through the front panel, and a matching headpiece finishes the look. Every measurement here is taken from the dress itself, laid flat and measured by hand, and listed in US inches — allow up to 2 in either way. Bust and waist are given as ranges because the corset bodice has some give. Dress length is measured from the shoulder to the front hem and does not include the overskirt, which is floor-length. If you fall between two sizes, take the larger one.
