You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the full cost of return shipping. For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned unless faulty, and swimwear must have its hygienic liner intact.
