Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.

If you prefer not to receive a replacement, you may also request a full refund.

To request a replacement or refund, simply contact our support team. Once the issue has been reviewed and the defect is confirmed, we will process your replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Order Agreement & Cancellations

By placing an order with Onora, you agree that your order will be processed and shipped immediately to ensure fast delivery. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled due to the following reasons:

  • Fast Processing: Orders are quickly sent to our warehouse for fulfillment
  • Limited Stock: Items are often reserved immediately due to high demand
  • Shipping Logistics: Once dispatched, orders cannot be intercepted or cancelled
  • Fairness to Customers: This ensures timely processing for all customers

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect (wrong product or variant), you are eligible to request a replacement with the correct item.
